  • 8.4% including VAT of the annual gross rent
  • £50 including VAT per tenant/guarantor reference

Fully Managed

  • 12% of the monthly rent
  • Rent review: £300
  • Renewal fee: £240
  • Organise and inspect refurbishment works: 2.4% of cost of work to organise only / 6% of cost of work to organise and inspect refurbishment works
  • Process Insurance Claims: £300 for the administration of the claim only
  • Handling a HMO licence: £276 per licence
  • Tenancy dispute fee: £180 per hour
  • Fees for the service of notices (Section 8, 13 or 21): £108
  • Court attendance fees: £120 per staff member (excluding Partners) per hour; £240 per Partner per hour

Tenant Fees

  • Security deposit: 5 weeks rent
  • Variation of contract: £60 per variation
  • Early termination: Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property, as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy
  • Late payment fee: 1.2% above the Bank of England base rate
  • Court attendance fees: £120 per staff member (excluding Partners) per hour; £240 per Partner per hour
